Committee of Management
Merri Community Childcare Centre & Kindergarten is managed by a Committee of Management of approximately 14 members, at least 12 of whom are parents, elected at the Annual General Meeting.
The responsibilities of the Committee of Management include: the development of policies, planning of budget, management of finances and appointment of staff.
